A bit about me.
After earning an MFA from the University of Oregon with the goal of teaching at the university level, I moved to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, where I pivoted to creative services. I found to my surprise that these were much more interesting. I love learning about other people’s work and goals.
After establishing a design business in Port Angeles, I later added branding and communications, allowing me to offer integrated creative services at a level and cost that works for growing businesses. This is where I found my true calling: working one on one with owners and direct decision makers. I can dive deeply into problem solving, and at the same time provide a broad overview of the way forward.
Depth and breadth.
Going wide and diving deep are not mutually exclusive – we need both to get to the essence of a business’s core needs and value. My own experience as a small business has taught me to be as thorough as possible when taking on a branding or marketing project, whether it’s for a new business or a refresh for an existing one.
I take pride in how I’ve helped my clients over the years. I work with my clients as a team, and this has proven to be the best way to arrive at solutions that most specifically meet clients' goals.
